Cardio Kickboxing 

Cardio kickboxing is a group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike.

Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.

Muay Thai 

Muay Thai or literally Thai boxing is a combat sport of Thailand that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. This discipline is known as the "art of eight limbs" as it is characterized by the combined use of fists, elbows, knees, and shins

Strength Conditioning

A class that emphasizes constantly varied, high-intensity functional movement. Work cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy, maximizing your performance and fitness for any physical challenge or activity

MMA mixed martial arts​​​​​​​ 

Personal Training 

is a full-contact combat sport that allows striking and grappling, both standing and on the ground, using techniques from various combat sports and martial arts.

We also measure the client's strengths and weaknesses with fitness assessments.  Assessments may also be performed before and after an exercise program to measure their client's improvements in physical fitness. When people start training with us, it is quite frequent to hear from them that their clothes fit better and they feel leaner. However, their scale weight can go up slightly. That happens because the body is gaining lean muscle and getting stronger, while fat goes away.​​​​​​​
